My Cigar Vault is a private cigar collection management tool. It helps you track inventory, record tasting notes, manage cellar care, and monitor aging progress. The service is provided as a web application accessible via browser and installable as a Progressive Web App.
You must be of legal age to purchase and possess tobacco products in your jurisdiction to use My Cigar Vault. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The in-app age gate serves as a reminder of this obligation and does not replace legal compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
My Cigar Vault is a personal collection tracker only. There is no marketplace, no buying or selling of tobacco products, and no community or social features. The service does not facilitate any tobacco-related transactions.
My Cigar Vault may offer premium subscription tiers. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refund policies for subscriptions are governed by the terms of the respective payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
